I am not sure what to garner from this thesis, it seems it is an exercise in creating a future construct (situation). It seems to construct a future projection of the life cycle of an ex-Soviet Arktika icebreaker ship, and the many use that is used for over the years. Namely alterations required and issues that effect it. This construct could used as I exemplar in how to create a future situation through supporting information.

I quite enjoyed reading over this site, as it highlighted that many of the past and current technologies were not exactly overnight successes that we thought them to be. More so looking at current technologies there are in development and how far we are off from actually seeing them in the consumer market. I look forward to using many of these technologies in the future.

What has been at the forefront for some time has been creating a sustainable future to all aspects in earth life. This article talks to ideas of life-cycle of electronic waste and where it is currently going and where it needs to go. This is important when considering that we are a consumer society where items are bought as easily as they are thrown away. A consideration to undertake in this up coming project.
